Cakes and Fillings
A delicious Madeira sponge cake is used as a base for each cake with a generous layer of good quality raspberry jam (or jam of your choice) and butter cream made with finest quality vanilla extract.
Chocolate cakes are also available and filled with a delicious chocolate fudge icing.
Fondant icing is used as a covering and for modelling. For models requiring extra stability, fondant icing is mixed with an edible hardening powder (gum tragacanth).
